Premium Q Moving and Storage runs on one name that shows up again and again in its reviews: Victor. Whether it's quoting the job, coordinating a multi-location move, or checking in mid-move, he's the person customers credit by name for keeping things organized — and he's backed by crews people call back for years running, with reviewers describing their third, fourth, even fifth move with the company. Based in Boston, the company holds a 4.9-star average on Google from 867 ratings, and recent reviews describe crews handling the kind of moves that make people nervous: a 300-pound bathtub carried up a narrow staircase to a second-floor bathroom without damage, a piano moved carefully during a stressful day, and a large, fragile piece of art that came out of weeks of storage in perfect condition. Interstate moves come up often too — Boston to Florida, and moves out of Massachusetts more generally — described as seamless from quote to delivery. The company also comes through when things change on the customer's end: one reviewer forgot to tell Premium Q they'd switched their move date from Saturday to Friday, and the crew still accommodated the new day on a day's notice. That kind of flexibility shows up in more than one review. The one recent complaint worth knowing about describes a billing dispute — a customer says they were charged starting before the crew actually arrived, and that a follow-up call about it went unanswered. A separate review describes an arrival window that got pushed from morning to a noon-to-4pm range without being told in advance. Neither is typical of what the other ninety-some reviews from the last six months describe, but they're worth asking about directly: how billing starts, and how they'll communicate if a scheduled time changes. For a Boston-area move — local, long-distance, or one involving something heavy and awkward to carry — this is a company with deep, consistent, recent praise behind it. Confirm in writing exactly when the clock starts on your hourly rate and how they'll reach you if plans shift, and the odds favor the same experience most recent customers describe.

I used Premium Q moving after a suggestion from my boyfriend, who also used them for his move. These guys are beyond awesome. Victor did an incredible job with quoting my move and was super friendly and helpful. Florian and his team seamless moved me from my 2 floor apartment into a townhome in the exact quoted time. This included dismantling and reassembling a king-sized four poster canopy bed and moving an upright piano through a very tight hallway staircase. Professional, kind, easy-going, just amazing. Would 100% use again and 100% would recommend.

The team (Juan and Jose) were one time, very professional and personable. Victor was great coordinating this multi-location move. My belongings were handled with extreme care and respect. I would highly recommend this company!!

Excellent service from start to end. Our coordinator, Victor, has been responsive and clear regarding the estimate and process. The crew who moved our belongings were quick and efficient, while being very careful with all the items. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Premium Q, who were recommended to me by a friend that previously used them.
