Prestige Roofers LLC

Prestige Roofers works out of Lawrence, doing asphalt shingle roofing — installs, replacements, repairs — plus vinyl siding and skylights. The clearest sign of actual completed work is a pair of permits: a $50,000 commercial strip-and-reroof in Methuen in 2022, and a vinyl-siding replacement in Peabody in 2019. The customer record is thin. Angi's 5.0★ rating rests on a single generic review from 2019 ("They were really great!"), and the profile shows six project photos but no deeper written history to weigh it against. Before calling, it's worth asking about licensing directly. BuildZoom's own page carries a "no active license on file" alert for license #194210, and the page is internally inconsistent — describing that number in one spot as a "Roofer license" that expired in August 2023, and in another as a "Home Improvement Contractor" registration that was "at one point cancelled." Neither entry names a license holder, so it can't be checked against the business directly. Given the thin review history and the unresolved license status, confirm current licensing and insurance — ideally with the state — before signing anything.
