Prestige Wood Flooring LLC

Shane and his crew were wonderful. Clean, professional and came when they said they would. They refinished my old pine floor and added a new section and you can barely tell one is old and new. Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend Prestige Wood Flooring for anyone with flooring needs 🙂

Thank you Shane and team, we could not be more happy with how these floors turned out! Great communication, pricing, overall great experiance! We will definitely be using prestige wood flooring again to complete the rest of our house! Thank you so much for bringing these floors back to life.

Being the first time having my floors re-finished I was nervous. But Shane was receptive to all questions an concerns, was upfront an honest willing to explain pricing. Some people just want to sell you there services. Overall the expierence of working with him an his crew was great. I would go back to him any day to get more work done. From calling the job in to the post job communication. Well done. An as far as pricing, I was quoted by 3 other companies an he was on the lower end, so thats a win win!!

I literally burst into (happy tears) when I saw the results from Prestige Wood Flooring, LLC. 10/10 will be recommended. I have a lot of oak flooring that runs through much of my home. Over the years, I had spoken to different contractors about restoring the original flooring in my home that showed a few generations of wear, aging, scratches, scuffs, etc. Each suggested I put vinyl over the wood. I never liked that idea. I recently had a serious leak in my kitchen that seriously damaged my floors to the extent of a large section being removed and other parts were swelling. I was referred Prestige by another resident who loved the results of their work. Shane got back to me instantly, stopped by right away and provided a quote the same night. The pricing was fair. Communication was high throughout the project. The team is highly skilled. They came when they said they would, took care with my home and belongings, were professional and friendly. All the work was by hand, so much hard work and detail went into the restoration. They minimized the time we had to be out of the house and worked hard to get it done in the promised timeframe. When I finally saw the product, I was instantly emotional, burst into tears, and they hugged me. I had never seen my floors so beautiful before! This was the first home improvement project I’ve had in a while that went perfectly. I wish I had more work for them to do, but I’ll refer them forever.

Shane & his team were amazing! His response time is fantastic & was very kind & thorough during our estimate. They went above & beyond & my floors came out better than I imagined. 10/10 highly recommend!!
