A contractor wrote in July 2026 about working with Primar Decor on multiple residential projects, interior and exterior; a June 2026 customer said the owner — Jr., as reviewers call him — had handled numerous projects for them. Another July 2026 customer described questions answered, emails returned quickly and the job done fast and clean, and a late-July 2026 reviewer had them paint a commercial facility. The older accounts sit on Angi: in 2018 a customer wrote that the crew washed every spindle on both porches, and in 2017 another said they were on time and cleaned up. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #220041, is active on the state registry under Primar Decor Inc. Two things are worth straightening out on the phone. The company's own site says 25 years in business, while its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles say 14 years of experience. Those profiles also describe a Newton business, while the registration and street address are in Milford. The site names Worcester, Shrewsbury, Leominster, Boston, Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop among the places it works. For a room, a whole house or a commercial building that needs painting, this is a reasonable call — recent work described by homeowners and by a contractor who hired them, and a live registration behind it. Ask for the schedule in writing, and check that the name and address on your contract match the registered Primar Decor Inc.
