Prime just completed installing new hardwood flooring at our house and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the install is exceptional, the pricing was very fair and the schedule was exactly what we agreed upon. You can't get a better installer than Frank and his crew. I would 100% recommend Prime to anyone.

I wholeheartedly recommend Frank, he did an absolutely incredible job. Not only did he refinish the floors, he evened out the boards, got every nook & cranny (it's an old house with a lot of them...), and sanded them down so smoothly you can't feel the gap from one board to the next. I literally didn't think it would be possible to make the floor look this good without replacing it completely. On top of this, Frank was incredibly kind to interact with, and very responsive. We were on a tight timeline because we were trying to coordinate a lot of work before moving into the home. Frank came and gave me a free estimate within a day of contacting him, and was luckily able to start work the next week. He gave me a detailed plan of the stages the work would be done (over 4 days), and worked with me to make sure I was still able to access parts of the house when I needed to with other contractors who were evaluating our windows. I regret not having "before" pictures, but I'm adding an after picture and can promise you the floor is basically unrecognizable compared to the state it was in before.
