Just had these guys deliver my son's mattress, and 10/10. The two delivery guys were beyond kind. They saw my kid take his shoes off before coming in the house and they removed their shoes (I STILL have to yell at friends about the that)! They were super careful as well. It is just the smallest gestures that are generally unnoticeable that I really appreciate. Would 100% use again, and I'll recommend them to anyone. Just amazing company.

I had a delivery delay but it was solved rather quick the manager herself reached out to me so you won’t ever feel like you can’t reach anyone because they reach out to you and makes sure you get your stuff !! she literally stopped what she was doing to make sure I was all set ! You can count on prime home delivery to go out of their way I don’t know any other moving company that will work on a day off to make sure you get your goods

We recently had a mattress delivered to our home by Prime Home delivery. Throughout the communication was exceptional, the delivery team arrived at the time indicated despite a snow storm. The two men were highly professional, even taking their shoes off outside as it was a wet day. I would highly recommend this delivery service for efficient, professional service.

I have used Prime Home Delivery four times for all my moves. They are incredibly efficient and make a stressful situation so much easier. Every crew that I have had has been amazing. Their communication is wonderful. You walk through your house at the beginning and end of each side of the move to explain everything and make sure all was accomplished. The crews are also very friendly and funny,. I would never use anyone else.

WORST customer service ever!!! Made an appointment for an in home estimate and 25mins after the agreed upon time, no one showed up, no phone call, no text. I called and got voice mail so I canceled the appointment. Then got a text saying he would be there in 20mins and got nothing but excuses. So unprofessional!!!
