Highlights
- Gutter installation — 2025 customer praised communication, flexibility, price, and cleanup
- Five-star reviews — two Thumbtack ratings, dated 2022 and 2025
A 2025 Thumbtack customer praised a gutter installation for prompt communication, flexibility, fair pricing, and cleanup; another five-star review dates to 2022. The company’s website describes roofing, siding, additions, structural work, and residential and commercial contracting, and says it has served its community since 2005. Thumbtack shows two five-star reviews and 47 projects. The small review history offers a positive but limited view, with the detailed gutter account coming from 2025 and the other review from 2022. Before booking, clarify the company’s tenure: its website says 21 years in business, while Thumbtack lists 26. Ask which roofing or exterior service fits your project and confirm the current schedule and estimate.

They always communicated promptly, which made everything flow smoothly. They were very flexible, agreeing to change the date at our request. They gave us a very good price and did an outstanding job installing the gutters. They made sure to leave the area very clean when they were finished. They were very professional. I have high praise for this company and will definitely use them again for future projects!

What does a roof replacement cost in Greater Boston?
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Pro Builders Inc. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.
Estimated range
$9,000 – $18,600
Typical roofing project around $13,800
