Pro Construction Corp

Pro Construction Corp is a small Winchester, MA general contractor that reviewers know by first name — Leo, who ran a seven-month kitchen and bathroom remodel across four rental units and, according to one landlord, answered every call along the way. The company's Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles both put it at a perfect 5.0 from two reviews, and the pair of reviews behind that score offer real specifics rather than vague praise. In a 2023 review, a landlord described hiring Pro Construction to remodel the kitchens and bathrooms of two multi-unit rental properties — four units total — and said Leo was professional and communicative throughout, with the crew showing up consistently and finishing on the expected timeline. A second 2023 review, shorter but pointed, called out a deck project as excellent work. The company also lists carpentry and painting alongside its kitchen and bath work, and says it speaks Spanish and has been at this for 9 years. One thing worth checking before booking: BuildZoom lists the company's address as Revere, MA under owner Leonardo Silva — likely the same 'Leo' from the reviews — while its Angi and HomeAdvisor listings give a Winchester, MA address; it's worth confirming which is the current office. BuildZoom also shows a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration, #197791, as active, alongside an earlier registration under a different number that shows inactive — neither status has been independently verified here, so it's worth asking to see current registration and insurance directly. For a landlord or homeowner planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel, or smaller carpentry and deck work, the two reviews suggest a hands-on owner who stays in touch through a multi-month job. With only two reviews to go on, it's a thin track record — ask for a couple of recent references before signing a larger contract.
