Fantastic experience from Sean with his timely and thorough explanation of the entire process to Raphael, Fernando and Antonio. very efficient and fast install. they left my home cleaner then it was before they started. Everything was point on. Delivery time of the equipment to installation day. The install was set up for between 8 and 9 am, the crew was here at 8 am and worked through the day and completed the job the same day. Highly recommend Pro Heating and cooling. Thank you guys
8-26-21 We highly recommend Pro H&C for installation of a ductless cooling system. Sean Pike (owner) was thorough in explaining the product we selected (Fujitsu), and gave us the most reasonable estimate for installation (we had no additional costs added to the final bill). The installation was done in record time considering 1) the demand for installation because of heat waves this summer, and 2) availability of the product. Workers installed and adjusted the unit in just a few hours, and cleaned up the site thoroughly. We were highly satisfied and want to acknowledge his professionalism and standards for business practice.
I highly recommend Pro Heating & Cooling . The owner recognized my need for the timely installation of a new boiler system, when other companies callously gave me a window of 3-4 weeks in the middle of freezing weather. To aid the process, the owner also took care of the paperwork needed to apply for a loan, and rebates. This was a complex job, but this company has the teams/expertise necessary to complete the work efficiently.
My 30 year old boiler, with much fanfare chose to conk out, leaving me without heat as an impending snow storm was in the forecast. After getting outrageous quotes from another HVACs for a new boiler, I lucked out in finding Pro Heating. When Sean learned I was without heat, he gathered his A team and within a couple of days (other companies were saying it would be weeks)installed a high efficiency boiler that was less costly and is far superior to the less efficient boilers that the other companies quoted. Sean and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Pro Heating and Cooling, and have done so already to friends and family!
We chose Pro Heating & Cooling to do an oil to High Efficiency gas boiler conversion. Sean provided a clear and concise quote for the the full job, including a challenging removal of our oil tank. We needed the job done ASAP and Sean was able to accommodate our request and complete the full job in a day. His crews were prompt, and seamlessly coordinated to convert our combo forced hot water and air system while creating a much tidier and well laid out integration with the new boiler and indirect water heater. After the instillation Sean checked in and came to do minor adjustments to ensure the system was dialed in to run perfectly. Lastly, the pricing was great, and the instillation was designed to maximize the available Mass Save rebates for energy efficient systems. I'd recommend Pro Heating without hesitation (as I did to a friend/neighbor)!
