We were under a time crunch with our home going on the market and they made sure they fit in our job and did high quality work. We had a fantastic experience with Pro Home Painting and would absolutely hire them again. Our project included exterior painting and some carpentry work on our 50-year-old home. During the project, Filipe found areas of rot that weren't visible during the initial estimate. What really impressed us was that he didn't take shortcuts or simply paint over the problem. He showed us the damage, explained what needed to be done, and made sure the repairs were completed the right way. Finding additional rot meant the scope of the project grew, which led to some tough conversations about cost and additional work. Filipe handled those conversations with honesty and professionalism. He was reasonable, transparent, and focused on making sure the house was repaired correctly. His crew was hardworking, respectful, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. The finished result exceeded our expectations—the house looks amazing and the transformation is incredible. Thais was also a pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful with scheduling, paint selection, and answering our questions throughout the process. What stood out most was the team's commitment to quality and doing things right, even when it would have been easier not to. It's clear they take pride in their work. Right from the start, they were professional with their quick response, meeting with us at our home, extremely detailed quote that included pictures and very concise explanations of the work that would be done. Thais is a real credit to the family team. She came up to meet with us once the work started and stayed in touch throughout the project. Filipe was so easy to deal with, and he and his team worked very hard to do the job the right way completing the job right down to the last detail.
