Pro Pest Control Service

Pro Pest Control Service is a pest control company based near Lowell, MA, run by owner Mike, with a small team of named technicians — Samson, Grace, Eli, Sam, Vinnie, John and Enos among others — whom reviewers repeatedly call out by name. The company's own site describes itself as serving Eastern Massachusetts homes and businesses for over 20 years, with a written warranty backing its work. The review history is exceptionally deep: 77 reviews from 2024 through 2026 across four platforms, 53 of them in just the last six months, and every one on file is five stars with none negative. Homeowners and property managers consistently praise fast, often same-day response for urgent problems — wasps and hornets come up again and again — along with knowledgeable, professional technicians and fair, affordable pricing. Several reviewers describe returning to the company for a second or third pest issue after a good first experience, and one homeowner credits Mike with an honest inspection that found no active termite infestation rather than selling an unneeded treatment. The work described spans rodent control for mice and rats, termite inspection, bed bug and cockroach elimination in rental units, ant control, and removal of bees, wasps and hornet nests from both residential yards and commercial properties, including a landlord who had the company clear a persistent roach problem across several apartment units. Technicians are named specifically and often — Samson appears in a large share of recent reviews, alongside Mike personally handling more complex termite and wasp calls. For homeowners or landlords in the Lowell, MA area weighing a long-running local pest control company with a genuinely deep and recent track record, Pro Pest Control Service is a strong option — the volume and consistency of praise across dozens of distinct jobs is unusually convincing for a business this size.
