Twenty-five years is how long one 2025 Google reviewer said they had used Lou and his son. That 2025 customer described them as knowing what they are doing, easy to work with and neat, and said they showed up when they said they would. A 2024 Google reviewer said the company remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen, and that they also called it for general plumbing issues as they came up. That 2024 customer described them as knowledgeable and neat. The Better Business Bureau gives the business an A+ grade. Connecticut lists an active P1 plumbing licence, PLM.0286516-P1, and an active S1 heating and cooling contractor licence, HTG.0407648-S1, both held by Michael L Procaccini.

I've used Lou and his son for 25 years. They know what they are doing, easy to work with, and neat. They show up when they say they will. Do not hesitate. Great guys.
The best. Knowledgeable, neat. Do great work. I highly recommend Procaccini Plumbing. They remodeled 2 bathrooms and the kitchen plus I call them for general plumbing issues as they raise.
