My windows were completed in 1 day, came sooner than expected and everyone I dealt with was professional.

Poor communication, you said that you were going to do the job before December and nobody returns my calls.

I would give zero stars here if I could. I ordered 3 doors in March and only one has been partially delivered as of November 26. They brought three doors in September, required the payment for delivery, but none of the screens were right, one door was measured wrong and one was made wrong so only one incomplete/screenless door could be installed. The door already does not work properly. While they did not deliver even one correct door, they refused to give back the check I had written for delivery of 3 doors. The manager assured me that the check would not be cashed, but it cleared my bank the next business day. They have not yet explained this or committed to a timeline for full delivery of the remaining doors and repair of the door they installed, despite my many requests. I have been lied to and ghosted by this company. I strongly recommend not giving them your business. I certainly wish I never called them.

Hard sales tactics that some people will find very frustrating. The first quote was at $30k and we ended up at $12k after we turned away the sales team and a manager came out to the house to give us a second pitch. We ended up with a commercial grade window.

The entire experience with PROEDGE has been wonderful. We first met with there consultant Walter S. who listened to exactly what my wife and I were looking for and to accomplish. He went thru our options and made the project very affordable with a substantial discount and very competitive financing. The installation went VERY SMOOTH. Bobby D. and his team were very efficient and neat in installing our 12 new custom built windows and a new door. The project was done ALL IN ONE DAY! We could not be happier with the results and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The savings we are experiencing on our electric bill has been SUBSTANTIAL. OVER 40% from last year…and electricity has gone up! And it’s much more quiet in our home from outside noises. THANK YOU PROEDGE for everything! You have a customer for life.
