QInnervisionconcepts, LLC

QInnervisionconcepts is a Mattapan-based general contractor run by a self-described second-generation Boston contractor with roughly 11 years in the trade — work spanning bathroom and kitchen remodels, roofing, additions, and design services, with Spanish spoken. The Angi profile also lists a HUD 203k consultant affiliation, a Mass Lead Safe Contractor certification, and past work as a City of Boston building inspector. The written history is thin and split. In a 2018 BuildZoom review, a customer described being scammed out of $17,000 after the contractor allegedly took a down payment, abandoned the project, and disappeared with the money — the reviewer said they were pursuing a lawsuit to recover it. A separate 2017 Angi review, by contrast, called a roofing repair timely and the crew wonderful. Angi lists the business as a registered home improvement contractor, though that registration hasn't been independently verified. Given the seriousness of the fraud allegation, anyone considering hiring them should look into it directly before handing over a deposit.
