Quality Additions Remodeling lists complete home remodeling and new construction, single family only, as its services on Houzz. In a 2021 Houzz review, a customer who bought a new build from the company said it was terrible at communication and postponed the promised date for the house over and over again. The same customer said small issues throughout the house were never addressed, described paint drips, bad patching jobs and uneven placement of cabinetry and tiles, and said they had to go through their lawyer to get a resolution.
I bought a new build from this company and they were terrible at communication. They would promise the house by one date and postpone over and over again. Then I had all kinds of small issues throughout the house that needed fixing or replacement that they never addressed even after moving in two weeks later... They never fixed all the problems with the house, they don't respond to emails. They pretend to care when you finally get them on the phone and then they get lost and don't do anything. They are sloppy with their finishes and really don't care about going the extra mile. They leave paint drips all over the place, bad patching jobs, uneven placement of cabinetry and tiles.... Never use them if you are going to building a new home. I had to go through my lawyer to get a resolution. Terrible experience for my first time buying a home.
