John was very professional and informative through the whole inspection process. He answered any questions we had as first time home buyers and provided a detailed report with pictures within 24 hours. Reasonably priced! Would highly recommend John for anyone looking for a home inspection!

Not impressed honestly. This guy walks around poking other peoples property making holes with a screw driver. He gives opinions about design related things instead of things that actually matter. Typical deal killer who wants multiple inspections with his clients. It's sad that Massachusetts allows inexperienced people to be inspectors with very little construction experience. I wouldn't hire this company if it was the only company in the world.

John is a top notch home inspector, and exactly the kind of person you’ll want to come inspect your home. He showed up to our new house an hour early to start examining the outside of the house, and walked us through everything. He was so knowledgeable about the age of our new home (1940’s) and thoroughly examined every nook and cranny of the house. John found evidence of mold in places we would have never thought to look, he found uncapped wires that we clearly missed, and his attention to detail of the home was so impressive. It felt like he had been doing this for 50 years. John is also a super nice person and is very patient with first time home buyers. His report came the very next day with clear pictures and detailed comments. I would recommend him to anyone!
