An April 2026 Google reviewer describes an outdoor stair railing rebuilt after a fallen tree damaged it during a storm. The customer calls the new railing solid and praises Armis and his crew for responsive communication, attention to detail and useful suggestions. The company describes itself as a family- and owner-operated business led by builder Arminas Dimsa, also called Armis. It says it has more than 20 years in the construction industry and serves Barnstable, Sandwich, Mashpee and Dennis. Its advertised work includes additions, remodeling, decks, porches and finish carpentry, along with roofing, siding and window and door installation. Customers have described both smaller carpentry projects and substantial renovations. In a July 2024 Google review, a homeowner said Arminas replaced the railings on a large deck with cable railings, starting a week or two after being hired and finishing in less than a week. A January 2024 reviewer described a front addition, decks and a pergola, and credited Armis with calculating the dimensions and sonotubes needed for a deck intended to hold a hot tub. For homeowners away during construction, there are dated accounts of updates from the job. A June 2025 Google reviewer said they were not in Falmouth during their bathroom project but received photos throughout and praised the communication. An October 2023 reviewer described a renovation that doubled the size of their home during the COVID years, with minimal delays, adaptation to design changes and personal contact throughout. Earlier deck accounts reach back more than a decade. A September 2016 HomeAdvisor reviewer said Arminas and his helper John replaced and enlarged a deck by six feet in three days. An October 2012 reviewer described a complete room remodel and a 750-square-foot deck at a Sandwich home, praising the handling of the Conservation Commission and building inspectors and saying the job finished on time and on budget. Quality Woodworks' Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and Arminas Dimsa's construction supervisor license is active. BBB gives the company an A+ grade and lists it as not BBB accredited.
