QUEZADA CONSTRUCTION

Quezada Construction is a general contractor in Lynn. Its own site lists home remodeling, new home builds, additions, roofing, siding and kitchen remodeling, and puts the company at 25 years; its Thumbtack profile describes a two-person operation with 19 projects shown. The written history is brief. An April 2026 Thumbtack client hired the company for a few short projects — deck or porch work, doors and general handyman installation — and said the job was done well. Thumbtack also lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licence for one- and two-family dwellings. Worth knowing: the company's site says 25 years in business while that same Thumbtack profile says 23. For small installation jobs or a remodel around Lynn, this is worth a call. Ask for the Construction Supervisor licence number so you can look it up yourself, ask for addresses of recent jobs nearby, and get the scope and the price in writing before work starts.
