Quick-Flo Drain Services is built around clogged drains and sewer lines. On its BBB page the company describes itself as providing sewer and drain cleaning, broken-pipe repair, septic system maintenance and high pressure water jetting, and says it was established in Massachusetts in 1986. A 2026 customer said another plumbing company had told them they had a "separated pipe" and pushed a repair that included excavating and cost over $35k. The 2026 customer said Dave snaked the line and used his camera to show there was no separated pipe at all, just a clog. The same 2026 reviewer wrote that Dave was careful not to make a mess and respected the rugs, floors and walls. A 2025 customer said Dave was at their house within an hour or so for a major kitchen sink drain blockage. In a 2025 review, a customer whose kitchen sink drain kept backing up said Dave traced the problem to their second-floor bathtub drain and snaked the main drain. That 2025 customer wrote that they waited 8 months to post the review and had not had a problem since. A 2022 customer said Dave had come out over the years to clear their drains, and that they set up a schedule with him to have the drains cleaned proactively. A 2021 customer said city tree roots had blocked their outgoing sewer line, and that Dave quickly found the cause of the backup and took care of the problem.
I cannot say enough good things about Dave at Quick-Flo. After another well-known plumbing company (R-R) told me I had a “separated pipe” and pushed a massive, scary repair that included excavating and costs over $35k, Dave came out and immediately showed what 40+ years of experience looks like. He took the time to explain everything clearly. The cleanout, trap, lateral 6-inch piping, how the plumbing runs on the property, and how it connects to the main sewer. He didn’t just tell me, he proved it. Dave snaked the line and used his camera to show that there was no separated pipe at all, just a clog that could be properly addressed. The difference in diagnosis (and outcome) was night and day. Although I thankfully didn’t need excavation and was initially convinced by R-R that it would be required, it was reassuring to know Dave has trusted connections with an excavating company and can handle a smooth, reliable handoff if that next step is ever truly needed. Beyond the technical expertise, Dave was incredibly professional and courteous. He was careful not to make a mess, respected the rugs, floors, and walls, and treated my home like it was his own. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and being honest with people. If you want someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced, skip the sales pitch and call Dave at Quick-Flo. I’m extremely grateful I did.
Called Dave and within an hour or so he was at our house. We had a major kitchen sink drain blockage. He was pleasant, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!
We had a few issues over several months when our kitchen sink drain would back up. We called a plumber on a few occasions who would come, snake the drain and leave as quickly as he came. When we had the issue again, we thought our main drain out to our septic was the culprit, even calling a septic company to pick their brain. That is when they referred me to Dave from Quick-Flo. Dave said he was finishing a job but would come over as soon as he was done. He even called back to tell me he was going to take lunch before coming over, which I appreciated (you know how it is when you are waiting for someone to arrive) He looked at our kitchen drain where we assumed the problem was stemming from, looked at the basement, but actually traced the real problem to our 2nd floor bathtub drain! He told us he was pretty sure it may be hair from the tub drain coming down and backing up the main drain. He thoroughly snaked the main drain, and we bought a $12 tub-shroom from Home Depot for our tub drain as soon as he left. Well, I have waited 8 months to write this review, and we have not had a problem since. His recommendation has saved us countless problems and plumbing bills. I am very satisfied and happy I found him! Hopefully I won't need him anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to call him. He isn't there to make a quick buck, he actually wants to solve problems and help homeowners.
Dave has come out over the years to clear our drain/pipes as they were installed more horizontally than vertically so we recently set up a schedule with him to have our drains cleaned more proactively than reactively. He has even brought in plumbers to help our situation the best we can and come up with additional solutions. He is awesome. Great service as always!
City tree roots completely blocked our outgoing sewer line. Dave was so awesome. He was able to quickly trouble shoot the cause of our back up and took care of the problem. I cannot say enough positive things about him. Highly recommend this company .
