I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone trying to conduct a lead inspection. If I could give zero stars I would ! I first booked an appointment with Rosa and she tried playing me that I made an appointment on an earlier date which was not true as she was the one that had her dates wrong . It was an inconvenience to me that day! I had to reschedule with her and drop everything to accommodate her schedule. Rosa doesn’t accept fault and given the opportunity they will flip fault at you regarding scheduling errors. . They do not answer your calls on a timely manner. Trying to reach someone is not easy. I had my inspection done in August and I attempted to contact Mrs Rosa the inspector because I had forgotten when the time frame was to receive the lead certificate and I left numerous messages and she never called me back to let me know what is going on regarding the status of the inspection! I will never use this company ever again and don’t recommend anyone should also ! I had a horrible experience with them!

Rosa was so nice. She helped me through everything and gave me recommendations as needed. Thanks to her clearly telling me the expectations, I passed my lead inspection for all my units 🙂

if i could give zero stars i will. will like a refund. been calling Irene and rosa for the last 6 weeks since they completed my lead inspection and I haven't heard from them. Feel like i have been robbed. not sure what inspection they did. definitely filing a police report on these two.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I scheduled a lead inspection with Rosa Gonzalez and I was waiting for her and she never showed up. I called her, left a voicemail, emailed her and she never called back! I mean...where is the professionalism here?! Not even a call apologizing...NOTHING! what a waste of my time.
