Rabbit Design Remodeling works out of Upton, and the company says its founder, Agda Coelho, brought a 2017 civil engineering degree, an MBA in project management and six years in remodeling and granite to the business. The 2025 reviews are about kitchens. One homeowner wrote that Agda had ideas for them and that the men on the job showed up early and worked late, leaving a new kitchen they called wonderful; another, whose kitchen was remodeled that year, said she was helpful in selecting the designs. A third had cabinets installed and reported no issues at all. The work isn't only kitchens. A 2024 review describes the company repairing, refinishing and repainting an entire first floor, and the company's site lists carpentry and remodeling work — decks, porches, painting, siding, framing — alongside the countertop fabrication. Several of the older reviews come back to how fast she answers: a 2023 customer wrote that she picks up the phone and comes out the same day or the next if there's an issue, and a January 2024 reviewer cited a quick first call and a quote that followed right after. Angi shows a 5.0 from ten reviews, a 100% five-star distribution, with 13 projects on the profile; Google shows 5 stars from 23 ratings. The site says the company is registered as a Home Improvement Contractor in Massachusetts, and Angi lists a Massachusetts general contractor licence, CS-119518, plus a trade licence #209232. Estimates are free and Spanish is spoken. Two things worth clearing up on the call. Angi's profile says no emergency service and no warranties are offered, and the history has a wrinkle — the company's own site says six years in business, while its HomeAdvisor card says in business since 2023. For a kitchen where the counters and the design decisions are the heart of the job, this is a small shop whose owner is on the project herself; ask to see photos of work like yours, and settle what the quote covers before anyone templates a slab.
