RAD Excavating

10 out of 10 - We had been mandated by West Springfield to connect up to the town sewers, and we spent the better part of 5 years trying to find someone who could do this. We have a fairly complicated plumbing situation, including the location of the septic, and no easy way to get the connection done without damaging the basement, landscaping and hardscaping. We talked to over a dozen contractors, half of which simply walked away once they saw the situation. The other ones came back with terrible plans, and even then would not follow up with accurate costs and schedules. RAD did a couple of jobs down the street from us, so we contacted them. Chrissy set up an appointment for us with Josh, and things just fell into place. Josh had a very workable solution that was minimally disruptive. Once we signed a contract, they were in communication with us every step of the way. When the project started, they were here every day, on time, and were incredibly respectful. Josh touched base every day to update us, and when the project was complete, he cleaned up the area beautifully. They had estimated 4-5 days, and finished it in 4 days. We would highly recommend Josh and Chrissy - they were a pleasure to work with.

RAD did an amazing job on our new septic system. I would highly recommend them. Josh and Chrissy kept us in the loop with everything during the process. They had the entire project done on time and the yard looked fantastic when they were done.

Josh with RAD Excavating did a great job and helped me out so much. He made the whole process of getting my old system removed, handling the perc test, and installing a new septic system much easier. I cannot give Josh and his company enough Stars for their professional service, their honesty, their efficiency and their compassion and empathy. I bought a house eight months ago and as a single mom with my children and trying to take care of My Mother as well found myself in a very tight situation with my septic system. After making multiple calls to find out what the problem was or who could fix it for me, I finally was put in touch with Josh through Small Town Septic and the owner; Jason Lechance. Josh came out and assessed the issue and fixed it right away! He did this for me and my family out of the kindness of his heart. They certainly have shown me that there are still good, honest people in this world, and they are angels on this earth. Just like my brother is my angel in heaven. I was extremely stressed out because we are having a celebration of life for my brother who had passed away in December very unexpectedly and tragically, and this stress on top of the stress of planning that and on top of grieving was almost unbearable. 10/10, Fantastic! Rad Excavating came in and completed our entire septic system replacement in Southwick. Josh the owner was very respectful and transparent, we were only without water for 3 hours. After the install they cleaned the entire area, graded out the lawn, spread topsoil, seed and straw. I would highly recommend for any job.
