Radon Clear installs radon mitigation systems in New Hampshire homes; the company says on its website that it was established in 2001. A 2024 customer said Joe sealed off the sump pump, created a window to see the water level, and that the 72-hour radon reading after the install was down to 1.0 pCi/L. A 2024 customer said Radon Clear was the only one of three or four companies contacted to respond with a quote; that customer said Joe's install brought the basement below 4 pCi/L, and a fan swap with a piping adjustment brought it below 1 pCi/L. A 2024 customer replacing a 24-year-old system installed by another company said Joe outlined the options for a new radon fan and that the price was competitive. A 2022 customer said that years after the install, when the system wasn't working, the office replied fast with troubleshooting ideas, Joe came out within the week, found the issue and didn't charge for a full visit. A 2024 customer gave two stars: the fan installed on the radon pipe cut the level from 13 to 4, but that customer said no caulking was done on visible gaps between the slab and wall, and the only option offered was a bigger fan for $500.

We are new homeowners who had to have a system installed before a difficult closing time (basically Christmas!) and Joseph made the whole process so easy. He was responsive, provided all of the information we needed and confirmed our appointment right away. Five star communication and service! We had a 24 year-old radon mitigation system installed by another company before we bought the house and decided it was time to replace it, as the suction had decreased since installation. Joe from Radon Clear answered all of our questions with patience, and he outlined all of the options for a new radon fan and helped us decide what would be the most appropriate for our house. We went with a stronger/upgraded fan. Installation went smoothly and quickly, and we are very pleased with the whole process. The price was very competitive too. Definitely recommend.
