Raf,S Construction Company Inc.

Raf's Construction Company Inc. is a general contractor based in Woburn, Massachusetts, run by owner Rafael Nepomuceno. The company holds an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license and a second Contractor Supervisor license, and its BuildZoom profile places it in the 93rd percentile of Massachusetts contractors based on 8 permitted projects. The company's own Thumbtack listing describes general contracting and remodeling work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, new home construction, and basement finishing. The one customer review on file, from June 2025, recommends the company but doesn't go into detail about the job. With licensing verified and a strong permit-based track record but only a single customer review so far, this is a good candidate to vet with a couple of direct reference calls before booking a larger remodeling project.
