Rafael's Enterprise, Inc.

Rafael's Enterprise has been doing gutter, siding, roofing, and window repair and installation work around Lynn since 2018, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is currently active. The one review on file is brief but specific in what it praises: in a 2024 review, a customer called the company 'best in town' on price, responsibility, and quality of work. One thing worth knowing about: Violation Tracker, a database that compiles government enforcement data, lists a $6,363 penalty against the company from July 2023 for a workplace safety violation. It's the more prominent item on file given how little else there is to weigh against it, so it's worth asking about directly. For siding, gutter, roofing, or window work in the Lynn area, the licensing is current and the one review on hand is positive; ask about safety practices given the 2023 penalty, and request references from recent jobs since the written record is still thin.
