I truly cannot say enough about Ryan and the exceptional job he did on my bathroom renovation. After another contractor started my project, left the job unfinished, and then stopped responding, I was left in an incredibly stressful situation. My bathroom was incomplete, I was under a time constraint, and I needed someone I could genuinely count on. Ryan stepped in and completely changed the experience. What stood out to me most was that Ryan didn’t simply take over a project someone else had started he took ownership of it. He came into a situation he hadn’t created, took the time to understand what needed to be done, addressed the issues, and committed to seeing the project through. From start to finish, Ryan was professional, dependable, responsive, and incredibly attentive to detail. But more than anything, he followed through. When Ryan said he would take care of something, he did. After my experience with the previous contractor, that reliability meant more to me than I can put into words. Ryan also takes real pride in his work. He cared about the details, how everything came together, and how I would feel about the finished space. It never felt like he was simply trying to get the job done and move on. He genuinely wanted me to be happy with the result and I absolutely am. Ryan took a situation that had become extremely frustrating and stressful and turned it into an experience I could finally feel good about. I’m genuinely grateful that he stepped in when he did. They completed a major kitchen demolition and subfloor installation project in the summer of 2025, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They coordinated seamlessly with utilities, city inspections, engineers, electricians, and other partners so the project stayed on track. They also helped us transform an existing classroom with two office spaces into a new computer lab to support our growing graphic design program.
