The TLDR: The very best team, i have hired and will continue to hire them again and again. Hire Them! This is hands down, no question the only plumber we will ever use again. We've used Drain King with great success in the past for many projects including the installation of new main water line valves, electronic moen flo and PRV valves. We've even called them when we've had frozen pipes in the winter. Without fail they have responded fast and have done outstanding work. Recently, they handled a major emergency sewer repair where our exterior sewer drain needed to be excavated and repaired. After 14 days without plumbing, James, Adonis and his team where out within an 30 mins of calling and had our water running within the next hour. Throughout the process, James was above and beyond communicative, helpful, and forthcoming. This was a very trying experience for my family but it was made better when James and Drain King got involved. Their team excavated our sewer pipe with no issue, they had the team, the expertise, and the technology to get it done right. After they left, there was almost no sign that they had even come. They completely backfilled our yard, leveled and flattened the surface and replanted new grass. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THEM, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. HIRE THEM. Take it from a homeowner who has seen how bad it could be when you hire the wrong people, do yourself a favor HIRE THE DRAIN KING the first time!

They did a great job with my shower drain. It was giving me problems for months and I tried to fix it and never could. You fixed it in a half hour. What a great job.!!

We called to have the drain to our kitchen sink fixed after water was backing up. They sent a technician same day to help us. John was great- very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. He ended up unclogging an entire pipe in our basement that was causing the problem. Would absolutely recommend!
