Customers describe both recurring visits and individual deep cleans. A June 2026 customer said the same three-person crew had become familiar with what they did and did not want cleaned, with appointments arranged by text. Another customer, writing that June, said Raquel proactively asked when they would arrive for summer and put them on the schedule. An August customer with a large house said the crew would clean just the rooms and do the chores needed. Other recent customers described dusting, vacuuming, kitchen sanitizing, windows and blinds, and attention beneath furniture and in corners. The service also works for vacation rentals. Two June 2026 reviewers described using it for their Airbnbs; one said the team prepared the home for the next renters as the owners would themselves. A July customer described cleaning inside cabinets, the refrigerator and behind the stove in an apartment they were moving into. In a June 2022 review, a customer finishing renovations described a post-construction deep clean over multiple days, with the crew staying late the night before furniture was due to be moved in. A July 2026 reviewer praised short-notice work on buildup in hard-to-reach places and said a minor issue was addressed the same day without an extra charge. Pricing and scheduling drew a different account in July 2025: a customer who hired the company twice said cleaning took too long, charges exceeded estimates, and the final visit was rescheduled without consultation before the price was raised afterward. Those were that customer’s complaints. In September 2024, another reviewer said Raquel honored the original quote after a deep clean. That customer described three cleaners who primarily spoke Portuguese, using Google Translate to communicate while Raquel communicated with both the customer and crew.
