RCG Services is a Cambridge-based home-remodeling, repair and renovation contractor working private homes and businesses around Boston, offering full construction and installation work along with ongoing home maintenance and free consultations. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#213400) is active and verified against the state registry. BuildZoom's directory listing for the company shows two projects and ties it to owner Gary Best, but the specific permits it attributes to RCG — a 2024 Waltham restaurant fit-out and two 2025 commercial fire-protection permits in Lynn — describe commercial work that doesn't match the company's own residential-remodeling description, so it's worth confirming which projects are actually theirs. Anyone hiring should ask directly for examples of recent residential remodeling work to confirm it matches what the company describes on its own site.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from RCG Services. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
