Bleu Line Designs works out of Back Bay, at 361 Newbury Street, and the job it points to first is one most remodelers won't take: putting fire-damaged buildings back together. On its own site the company describes itself as a Boston general contractor and real-estate developer, handling design, construction management, carpentry, and kitchen and bath remodels on residential and select commercial projects. It also calls itself a women-minority-owned business — its own words — and the only person named anywhere on the site is Felicia, who answers the contact address. A LinkedIn profile listed an owner and founder of the company as current in July 2026. The public trail is short but real. In December 2025 both the City of Boston's site and the Boston Sun named the company among Back Bay businesses, and a City of Boston page on equity in city contracts lists it under general contracting alongside firms carrying minority- and women-owned business designations. What exists here is a company describing itself, plus a few civic listings that place it in Boston doing general contracting. That is a reasonable starting point and not a verdict on the work. If the fire-restoration side is what you need, ask directly for the addresses of jobs it has finished, who runs the site day to day, and references you can call — that conversation will tell you more right now than anything published about them.
