My HOA for our condo hired Denis and his team to replace our old rubber roof with a new PVC roof and we couldn't be happier. Denis was great, communicating and keeping us up to date. He gave us a start date and stuck to it even after we had to delay the project for a few days. His drone footage of the roof before and after, was an added bonus!

ID Construction did an exceptional job at my place in Jamaica Plain. I asked them to build an additional bedroom in my 2nd floor unit and convert one of the living room closets into an office space and they went above an beyond, especially Beck who was charged with doing most of the work involving this project. I can't say enough about this company. The communication and patients that Denis showed for my wife and I was stellar. There were a few moments where we made additional requests outside of what we had agreed to in the contract and Denis was able to fulfill those for us despite throwing off the schedule some. I highly recommend ID Construction!

Dennis' guys did the roof on my pergola screen porch. I told him when I would be ready-- he called me when I was ready, they came and did the work in one day! Great service and good workmanship. Very pleased.
