The range runs well past decks. In a November 2025 review a family had their basement turned into an office area, a gym area, a movie theater and a playroom, plus a full bathroom with a shower. A June 2025 customer had a kitchen and bathroom completely redone. Another that same month had every basement window and the basement door replaced, and singled out two things: nobody tried to upsell, and the crew took care to match the exterior molding. A July 2024 homeowner got a Trex deck, a stone patio, an egress window and new railings on the front steps. The company describes itself as family-owned and works Worcester and the towns around it — Shrewsbury, Northborough, Auburn, Millbury, Sutton and Oxford among them. Angi and HomeAdvisor both put it at eight years in business, each showing 4.8 stars from 260 ratings, of which 93% are five stars and 3% are one. Thumbtack shows 4.7 from 100. The Better Business Bureau accredits the business with an A+, BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, #211542, along with 45 projects, and a permit-records site lists 11 building permits filed in Worcester since 2024 under the company's name. The front end of the job is the part to nail down. A May 2025 reviewer signed a deck contract on May 8, handed over a deposit of roughly $13,000 on May 12 after the rep came to their office to collect it, was told the project team would meet that Wednesday and bring back a start date, and by Friday May 16 was the one reaching out; materials had been ordered, the rep replied. So: a good fit for a deck, a porch or a basement build-out around Worcester, and an October 2024 basement renovation brought framers, insulators, drywallers, an electrician and finishers to the house rather than one crew doing everything. Get the start date and the schedule written into the contract before any deposit changes hands. If you want to spread the cost, a June 2026 customer used the company's GreenSky partnership to finance a deck up front and pay it off over 12 months with no interest — worth asking what terms are on offer now.

Matt is very talented! He took his time but was also efficient. Such a clean and sharp looking job. And left the job site even cleaner than when he found it! The trim work around the doors is perfection. I fully and highly recommend him and his work!
RORHI did a good job with the execution - the new deck and stairs look good, they're sturdy, and I expect they'll last a long time. Their partnership with GreenSky allowed me to fully finance it up front and pay it off within 12 months with no interest, and that was a major selling point. Deducting a star because a) I was told I needed a plot plan survey done, but found out after I'd spent an extra $1100 getting it that it wasn't necessary - poor communication on ROHRI's part. Also, the job took longer than it should have (3 weeks for a 5x5 deck and ~10 steps) because they kept finding that certain necessary materials had not yet been delivered. So the whole thing was completed in fits and starts due to what I can only characterize as logistical problems. They did good work, and I would absolutely have them quote me again, but if I did use them again I'd request they not begin work until they were absolutely certain they had all the necessary materials on site beforehand.

so sorry for taking so long to write this.. This company was amazing!! We had a huge deck/staircase teardown & rebuild project, they were there every step of the way. Especially a big Thank you to our sales rep Shemar (for answering my many calls & questions for a couple months before we even hired them) & also for dealing with our never ending changes, he made sure we were clear on everything from the costs to completion. Everyone from the rep, the owners & the project manager made sure everything went smoothly & made the whole process so easy & worked with us to get what we wanted (even more than we expected). The crew did a fantastic job, excellent workmanship & left the site all cleanup up! We will absolutely use these guys again!!
