RemodelWerks did a great job with our attic remodel and were a true partner in the process. We previously worked with two other Shrewsbury local area remodeling companies and RemodelWerks had the best process for managing the project to a successful outcome. There will always be unexpected challenges and you want a partner that is confident in their process and sets expectations every step of the way. Having dedicated project managers (Joel, Wendy), in-house design team, structural engineer, and project management software made the world of difference in terms of communication and the quality of service we received compared to our experience with the other remodeling companies we worked with in the past.

Where to start? From beginning to end, working with Remodelwerks over the last half a year has been an amazing experience! Remodelwerks recently completed a six-month renovation, update and expansion of our New England cottage home while retaining the cozy cottage feel. Specifically, I think they excel in several ways, counter to industry standards: 1.Communication: I never was left wondering what was going on. The project manager was routinely on-site and discussing things with me. Weekly email updates summarized progress and what was coming next. A project-based software allowed for a consolidated communication tool so, questions, decisions and information were easily trackable. And they met their deadlines! 2.Forward Planning: Early on Remodelwerks went to great length to do investigative work to understand some challenging anomalies of our home and property, bringing in engineers, forest-specialists, and doing some strategic digging to figure out the real extent of the job before demolition. 3.Broad Scope: Remodelwerks provided thorough design assistance through their Design Team, Emily's Interiors, walking with me through every detail of interior design. 4.Character: Everyone from the President to sub-contractors was courteous, communicative, highly skilled and deeply committed to doing excellent work with great attitudes.

I am SO thankful to RemodelWerks for taking on our bathroom remodel. It is our only bathroom and they made the project easy & quick. The team is so wonderful to work with, they made me feel like I was their only client! Our bathroom came out beautiful and I can't wait to call them again in the future for our next remodel!

Remodelwerks was absolutely phenomenal! From beginning to end they were responsive, professional, kind, and trustworthy. They renovated an old 1800's building into a beautiful, warm, cozy and bright commercial building for us, and their finished product is gorgeous. We continue to get compliments on it daily. We hired RemodelWerks for a whole house remodel, which included gut renovation, an addition, transition from oil to gas, redoing the electric, changing the roofline, redesigning the internal layout, and essentially renovating every inch of the house. The team is a unique group of amazing people. Joe, Mike, Joel, Andy and everyone else are all honest, hardworking, and incredibly skilled professionals who truly care about their clients and projects. They handled everything from the design through the long and complicated permitting process, through the build and all the way to the finishing touches and beyond, remaining available and reliable even after we have moved in.
