BB FLOORING SERVICES LLC

BB Flooring Services is a small Watertown outfit on Irma Avenue doing floors and tile. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 216673, is verified active with the state registry under the name BB Flooring Services Inc. The jobs customers describe are a mix of flooring and light renovation. In June 2025 one customer had a bathroom redone in porcelain tile and described the crew as professional and clean and the job finished on time; another had all the baseboards and flooring replaced in a living room; a third had vinyl put down in a kitchen and a bathroom and said the team worked quickly and left the place spotless. A fourth had an office showroom made over. In July 2025 a customer who used them for a construction job covering demolition through installation praised the pricing and the communication. Two things to keep in mind about that record. It is small — five written reviews and five Google ratings — and four of those five reviews were posted within a few days of each other in late June 2025, so they are close to a single snapshot rather than a run of work over time. Before you hire, ask to see a finished tile or vinyl job nearby, ask who does the installing and whether subcontractors are used, and get the quote itemized — subfloor prep, removal and disposal of the old floor, and trim — before any demolition starts.
