Rende Hardwood Flooring describes itself on its BBB page as offering installation and refinishing of hardwood flooring. It carries an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau, a 5.0-star Angi average from six ratings and a 4.0-star Houzz average from four. In a 2016 Houzz review, a customer said that after the floor project was finished and the color was not what they wanted, Tito offered to change it at no cost. That 2016 customer said Tito showed a variety of color choices and mixed two colors together. A 2008 Angi customer said Jorge and the crew did the work over Christmas weekend and Christmas Eve day. A 2007 customer wrote that Jorge gave a free estimate the very next day and provided references and a portfolio. A 2017 Houzz customer with a place in Boston said a refinish and stain job left massive cracks, oil stains and torn-up boards, with stain on the walls, doors and trim. That 2017 customer said repair visits were cancelled and that a refund was agreed to and then refused.
I have a place in Boston and had the team refinish and stain my floors. They basically ruined my floors by leaving massive cracks, oil stains, and torn up boards. They told me after that my floors were old and it’s all they could have done. The workers dripped oil all over the floor in my bedroom and can’t be fixed. They even got stain all over my walls, doors, and trim. I had to repaint 4 times to cover the damage. They tried to fix once before and couldn’t do it. Every time they were supposed to come back and repair they canecelled. I asked for money back, they agreed, but then said no. They said they did what I paid them for. I would save the money and hire someone to do it right
We've worked with Jorge and his crew on a medium sized project with more projects to come in the future and we're very pleased to have found them. They do exceptional work, are very respectful to the homeowners and are truly passionate about what they do. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future.
I have worked with Jorge and his crew on a couple projects now. I cannot speak highly enough for them and their work. They are not only passionate and hardworking but are true artists in their craft and super meticulous. I would highly recommend and look forward to a long lasting and mutually rewarding relationship with them.
Tito and his team did an extremely work on our floor project. After the job was finished, I realized the color was not what I want, Tito immediately offer to change the color at no cost. He showed us variety of color choices and even mix the two colors together. After all the hardwork and extra time Tito had put in, we love the final product and the finishes.
The project is not yet completed, but Jorge has been extremely energetic, knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable throughout the process so far. I would recommend him to anyone (and would also recommend that he run for public office).
