RES Home Improvements

RES Home Improvements is a family-owned Norwood roofing business also known as Residential Exterior Solutions, LLC. Houzz lists roofing and gutter work, while BBB identifies the company as a roofing contractor and reports an A+ rating; the profile lists a journeyman carpenter, OSHA certification, CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator training, and licence number 184883. The written customer history is limited and dated. In a September 2017 Houzz review, Nancy Johnson described Dave and his team as knowledgeable, thorough, and professional while replacing a roof despite poor weather and unexpected damage discovered after removal. She said the work was completed on time, looked good, and included metal valleys suited to New England weather. Houzz shows a 5.0 rating from one review, so that positive account is useful but a small sample. Before booking, ask which parts of the listed roofing and gutter scope fit your project, who will perform the work, and how the licence and insurance remain current. The company says it serves Eastern Massachusetts and lists repairs through full restorations, so confirm the written scope, materials, timing, and treatment of concealed damage. RES looks like a fit for homeowners seeking roof installation or repair and related gutter work who want to discuss a specific project directly.
