I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Restivo’s Heating & Air Conditioning, especially Devin! Last week, I had another company come out to look at my furnace. Their technician was at my house for maybe 10–15 minutes before basically telling me I needed to replace the entire system and presenting me with an outrageous quote. Something just didn’t sit right with me, and I wasn’t comfortable making such a major financial decision without getting a second opinion. I’m so glad I called Restivo’s! From the moment Devin arrived, the experience was completely different. He was incredibly friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, thorough. He took the time to actually examine my furnace, explain what he was looking at, walk me through the different components and their purposes, and make sure I understood what was going on. He didn’t rush through anything, and I never felt like I was just another customer or that he was trying to sell me something. That kind of service makes all the difference, especially when you’re dealing with something as expensive and important as your home’s heating system. After my previous experience, Devin gave me something I didn’t have before: peace of mind and confidence that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared. I also want to point out that Devin wasn’t just representing himself that day. He was the face of Restivo’s, and he represented that company exceptionally well. Restivo’s were very professional throughout the process of replacing our broken HVAC system. The initial evaluation was painless and we received an estimate and design within minutes of the visit. They were helpful in identifying rebates we were eligible for and assisted in applying for them. Installation was scheduled in a reasonable time and the crew were very professional and communicative throughout. Restivo’s were a one shop stop, they also did the necessary electrical upgrades for our new system. Jim answered all our questions and provided the detailed documentation and submitted our applications for the rebate and energy grant programs we were eligible for. We are extremely satisfied with Restivo’s. This was a stress free process.

Your technician was courteous, professional and helpful. The quality of the work looks very professional. Im looking forward to finding out how this heat pump system will perform this coming winter.

REMOVED, PLEASE don't ever use them! I had to have them come out repeatedly to fix problems their install created, with their own products and causing extra work for my electricians.
