I’m highly disappointed. I called on June 27th they said our a house will be ready to move on July 7th. I waited until 3:12 just to find out they changed the to July 13th and they were so rude. I asked if I could go and get it, they said NO we will have to wait until Monday the 13th which really upset me since I already checked out my hotel and no one called or text to tell me that they changed the date. When I asked them for a refund since they already been paid Juliette said, “No” we will have to wait until July 13th which made no sense to me she. Stated it was raining but it wasn’t raining at ALL on our side of town. She then stated we have no recourse of getting our money back and we just have to wait. I’m furious I beg people not to use them they are a rip off.

I contracted with Go Green Restoration Group for mold remediation. During the course of their work, they spilled one of the fluids they use on the floor. When the job was finished and I asked them to provide a remedy to the unsightly spill with foot prints through it, they acknowledged the damage and set a time for a remedy. After 3 broken appointments, I decided that they did not intend to cleanup their mess. During the work, I asked the manager if his company also was involved with solar panel installation. He said yes. I learned from a solar company he approached that he represented himself as the manager of my own finances. Needless to say. he does not manage my finances. I regret my choice to contract with Go Green Restoration Group.
