This review is for Raleigh NC. Setting up the appointment was easy and detailed. I was kept up to date about the job the day before and the day of my appointment. Lee Holmes and his partner from Three Brothers Hauling arrived on time and were very professional. They removed all the items quickly (2 bedroom apartment) and were extremely efficient in loading them onto the truck. I would definitely use ReSupply again and request Three Brothers to do the job! After confirming several ways that I had a queen bed for pickup, and quoting me $70 for that item, the driver informed me on arrival that they would need to charge me $200 more. Outrageous!

This is for Cleveland. This place is a rip off. They state that they can pick anything up but then they can't unless you pay exorbitant extra fees. You can never talk to anybody. The group left without taking everything that was agreed upon and they will not come back without paying an additional excessive fees. Check out your local city haulers and stay away from these guys.

Booking was easy. The arrival window was noon to 5 PM. I got a call from the driver at 8 AM telling me he was on the way. I told him he was not to come before the afternoon window. He told me that his paperwork indicated morning pickup and to reschedule I would have to start the whole process over. The company was sending me messages for afternoon pick up right up to 10 minutes before he showed up 4 hours early. He came in and looked around and shoved a phone in my face to accept the new fees which were $100 more than the original estimate. I need the stuff gone that day so I signed. It wasn't until I got the receipt that I saw the charge for 3 flights of stairs. This is a single story ranch with 3 steps not 3 flights. Resupply would not refund the up charge. The driver told them that he needed extra help. There were just 2 of them no extra help. Find someone else they like to rip off seniors.
