Saul, Matt and Nick are the names in a 2016 review; a decade on it's Saul, Matt, Danny and Zack. Revolution HVAC is a family-owned New Hampshire heating and cooling company based on Center Road in Weare, handling AC repair and maintenance, boiler, furnace and water heater installation, ductless mini-splits, indoor air quality equipment, and commercial HVAC and plumbing. Its New Hampshire mechanical business licence, MBE1400816, is active on the state registry. Most of the recent work is systems coming out and going in. In May 2026 a returning customer had an old failed system removed and a Bosch multi-head unit installed, and said the crew cleaned up and went over every aspect of it before leaving. In July 2026 Matt and his team put in a tankless hot water heater, described as quick, clean and fairly priced. In June 2026 Saul and Zack looked at a struggling central air system and laid out the replacement options with the rates attached, which is what that customer wanted. What customers come back to is how fast the phone gets answered. The property manager for two large apartment buildings wrote in March 2023 that Saul is responsive and knowledgeable, and called him the best vendor they work with. An August 2025 reviewer who says they have known the company for more than ten years put the callback time inside the hour. Further back, an October 2015 Angi customer said another company wanted three to four weeks just to give an estimate, while an afternoon call to Sal produced "How is 9AM tomorrow?" — and a call at 8:45 the next morning to say he had hit construction and would be fifteen minutes late. Two things are worth raising before you book. The one poor review is from July 2018: that customer said the company left a huge mess, overcharged for the work, and went on to the next job without finishing, leaving them to hire a second plumbing company to complete it. Separately, the Angi profile's FAQ says Revolution does not offer emergency services, while a February 2026 customer described an emergency that Saul and Matt came right out for — if after-hours coverage matters, get that answered directly. For a mini-split, a furnace or a boiler swap around Weare, Manchester and the towns in between, this is a small crew that has been doing the same work under the same names for over a decade, and the repeat customers are the strongest thing going for it. Ask what happens if an install runs past the day it was scheduled for, and check that your town is on the list they publish, which runs from Concord and Hooksett down to Salem and Hollis.
