Allen did the inspection for a beach cottage we are purchasing in South Kingstown. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment online, fair pricing, and he offered a thorough inspection complete with a detailed, thoughtful report. Allen went above and beyond to answer my questions and offer advice and insights from his considerable experience, including an incredibly helpful lead on how to get a free fuel efficiency audit done by the state.
