Ricci Bros Inc has been pulling building permits around Cambridge, Somerville, Arlington and Brookline — roofing and siding jobs, a dormer, two residential elevators — but nobody has written publicly about the experience of hiring them, on any platform. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, held in the company's own name. The BBB grades it A+ without accreditation and lists it as starting in 2012 with ten employees under owner David Ricci; BuildZoom scores the permit record 99 and Houzz shows a single project. That leaves an unusual gap: a licensed builder with a real permit history and no customer voice at all. Nothing here is negative — there is simply nothing written by the people who hired them. If you are considering them, the permit record is the useful part: ask to see the two or three most recent jobs closest to yours, and ask for homeowner references directly, since you will not find any online.
