United Drain Cleaning Co

United Drain Cleaning is a Shrewsbury drain specialist — clearing, water jetting, underground video and pipe locating, preventive maintenance — serving houses alongside a roster of commercial accounts (restaurants, schools, churches, medical offices) with 24-hour emergency service seven days a week, per its own site. Reviewers keep telling the same kind of story: a clogged main line or a tub that stopped draining, and someone shows up within a couple of hours. Across 14 reviews from 2021 through 2026 on Google and Reddit, the pattern is speed and follow-through. One homeowner called about a weekend main-line blockage and had it fixed within two hours; another was referred over by a different plumbing company for a clogged sewer line, had a tech at the door within two hours, and the job wrapped in about ninety minutes. Nate, Adrian, Sammy, Sam and Shannon Sharp are each named individually across different reviews, more names than a one-truck operation would generate. In a 2023 review, a customer described calling around 10am three days before Thanksgiving about a stopped tub and sink, having a tech at the house by 3pm the same day, the job done within the hour, and the cost reasonable. In another 2023 review, a customer described being scared off by a visibly inexperienced technician from a larger, unrelated drain company, then having Sam and Shannon Sharp solve the same problem in a fraction of the time that company's tech had already spent on it. The one blemish is a 2021 review calling the company unprofessional and bad-mannered, with no further detail given — the sole negative mark on record, and now several years old. On Reddit, a separate commenter recommended United Drain by name for sewer-line camera inspections, calling them affordable. Worth a call for a clogged drain or sewer line that needs same-day attention, especially outside normal business hours; the record here doesn't cover larger remodel-scale plumbing work.
