Two written Google reviews, from 2018 and 2021, split. In a 2018 review, a customer called Richard and his assistant friendly, on time and competent. In a 2021 review, a customer whose parents hired Richard to separate the second- and third-floor electric panels wrote that the job was not done properly, that he then charged to fix the mistakes, and that turning off a light on one floor still turned off the light on the other.
