That is the sort of endorsement that comes from people who watch the work up close. The written accounts run from 2021 to 2023 — 21 of them on Angi, where the star distribution is 100% five-star — and they describe ordinary residential electrical work. In an April 2021 job a homeowner had a ceiling fan replaced and multiple outlets swapped, and said he went out of his way to remedy work another person had done. A March 2021 customer had a bathroom fan and a shower light fitted into an existing bathroom without damage to the ceiling, and a May 2023 reviewer had him help bring an in-law apartment up to snuff. Price comes up in half a dozen of those reviews. An August 2023 customer said others had tried to take advantage of them and Cioffi quoted an honest price; reviewers in February and April 2021 called his prices reasonable and the work good for the money. Several also mention what he leaves behind: in a March 2021 review a homeowner nervous about the holes a new wire would need said he explained each step, worked quickly and cleaned up. Both listings say the business does not take emergency calls, so this is planned work rather than a middle-of-the-night callout.
