Frozen pipe burst in my wall, flooding my basement. Rick Jean and his employee Matt were amazing to work with. Matt was thorough, explained what he fixed, how he fixed it, and why. He gave tips on what he would do next himself to prevent frozen pipes and it was obvious he was being genuine. He worked quick and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I definitely would use them again!

I was so stressed to come home to find out my hot water heater had broken. You never realize how precious something is until it's gone. (Just try washing dishes with nearly freezing cold water!) The guys from Rick Jean's Plumbing arrived the very next day. I'm a single mom, and acquiring help for jobs like this makes me nervous. I know nothing about plumbing issues, so I feel at their mercy for what needs to be done. The two young men who showed up were so lovely and polite. They took the time to explain everything that was happening. They got the job done quickly and effectively. One of them even noticed I  had purchased a fancy new shower head that was still sitting in a box and offered to install it for me. This morning, I got to enjoy a hot shower before work, and it feels like it's going to be a great day. I will definitely be recommending Rick Jean's Plumbing to everyone!

Rick Jean Plumbing came to bid our 2nd floor hall and primary bathroom remodel. We also wanted to pull the 60yr old copper that was showing signs of corrosion. Both bids were on budget. 2/3 thru our project we are thrilled with the rough-in steps and look forward to having the vanity's , tub, toilets and showers plumbed. . The crew had to remove an old cast iron drain and tie into a 4” plastic wet vent. Scott and Eric sorted thru these challenges, tied into the existing drains and vents while bringing our plumbing back up to code. The workmanship is excellent. Work areas were kept clean and always pickup up. We had the best crew! Will definitely hire Rick Jean again for our next plumbing project.

His employees were prompt, courteous and professional. The job was well done and the price was reasonable. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them.
