RICK'S HVAC LLC

I first started using Rick's HVAC a couple of years ago for a malfunctioning Nest thermostat. Prior to that, I called several other companies and they either weren't interested in the work or wanted to charge me a fee before even setting a foot in the door. I called Rick's HVAC and a technician was almost immediately dispatched and had me up and running in no time. Since then, I've used Rick's HVAC for repair and installation work both big and small. Most recently, Rick's HVAC installed a new Navien tankless combi-unit. The installation was superior as you can see in the attached photo. The technician Jermain is extremely thoughtful and takes his time to fully understand the problem before recommending a solution. I highly recommend Rick's HVAC for their quality and price.

Rick’s HVAC LLC was absolutely fantastic. Our central AC stopped working, and they came out on a Friday night, had the necessary parts with them, and fixed the problem that same evening. Everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. They even wore booties inside so they wouldn’t track in dirt. It’s rare to find a company that is this responsive, prepared, and considerate, especially for an after-hours repair. I’m extremely grateful they were able to get our AC running again so quickly. Two years ago, just two days before Thanksgiving, I came home and discovered that my furnace had stopped working. I called Rick's HVAC, and Rick responded quickly.
