A 2023 Google reviewer called Rickert Electric "a local Williamstown business," and a berkshireeagle.com article describes it as a "town-based electrician firm." The company says it has been in business 20 years, and its website mentions panel upgrades, new lighting and home automation. Its Massachusetts electrician license, 7810-EL-A1, is active on the state registry. In a 2023 review, a customer said Tim Rickert and Tyler did a 5-unit mini-split heat pump install with a condensing unit and wired two new light fixtures along a newly constructed garage brow. In that 2023 review, the customer also said they switched out a few LED dimmer switches, adjusted two outdoor motion sensor lights and charged very reasonable prices. A 2023 customer wrote that Rickert Electric came quickly to an electrical issue at their office and solved the problem.
“We have local plumbers; right off the top I can think of Rickert Electric (town-based electrician firm).”
Our office had an electrical issue that was concerning. Rickert Electric came quickly and solved the problem. We were very grateful for their prompt response and much relieved that the issue was resolved.
So thrilled to do business with the wonderful, kind, cheerful folks at Rickert Electric! Really appreciate the outstanding job that Tim Rickert & Tyler did with our two most recent projects: A 5-unit + Condensing unit MiniSplit/Heat Pump install, and wiring two new light fixtures along a newly constructed garage brow. The fellas also switched out a few new LED dimmer switches, and also made some adjustments to two outdoor motion sensor lights for us. Their prices are very reasonable, and they show up when they say they will. A big shout out to Tammy at the office for helping to coordinate everything for us! Very happy to recommend Rickert Electric, a local Williamstown business. Check them out! You'll be happy you did :)
