Tom and his guys are great
Excellent work replacing some old knob and tube wiring. Timely, honest, and came in under the quote when it turned out less work was needed than first thought. Dealt with all complications in a quick, reasonable fashion. Extremely pleasant to work with, and will absolutely use again for any electrical work.
Very professional and efficient, as well as great customer service and fair pricing. I would recommend them to anyone in Berkshire County.
Have been meaning to post a review for Tom quite a while ago. He helped me install/fix a few things around the old house and really was refreshing. Extremely honest, great follow through, and completed the task correctly. In fact, unlike two other electrician/companies I had involved in the home, he was not satisfied himself until the project was done, and done correctly. Additionally, he was not afraid to take on a “difficult” project as the other electricians had labeled it, and had the knowledge to come up with an easier method to wire up some non hardwired thermostats to my boiler. He also is an extremely humble and down to earth gent. Much appreciated Tom!
Tom was recommended to me by several people and I was not disappointed! He was quick, honest, and fixed my issues in under an hour. He was kind and did not try to upsell me on anything, which was a huge relief. I’ll be using him and Shire Electric for any other electrical needs we have. 10/10!
