Mike, Nick, Joe, Jay, Adam and the whole crew were fabulous to work with, from start to finish. When one small issue arose the team worked hard to immediately remedy it and went above and beyond. They even accommodate our very last minute request to shift the start date one day later due to a tree that needed to be cut down the day before work started. Thank you for a beautiful new roof, new gutters, and skylights! The impending hurricane forecasted for this weekend doesn’t scare us anymore!

Fantastic and Excellent Experience from Sales to Installation! My husband and I recently had our roof and gutters installed by Rinaldi Brothers, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience! Our sales representative and exterior consultant, Nick Zanetti, walked us step by step through the installation process and the high quality of their products. He answered all of our questions with incredible knowledge about both the materials and the company. Nick was personable, professional, and demonstrated extraordinary customer service skills. He truly went above and beyond, showing how much he cares about his customers and his work. Thanks to him, we felt completely confident moving forward with the project. The project manager, Milton, and his installation crew were equally impressive. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and exhibited a phenomenal work ethic. It was clear they took pride in their job and genuinely cared about our satisfaction, taking extra time to leave our home and workspace spotless when they were finished. The final installation looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier! These guys are great. Starting with Elliot, our first contact for roof replacement to Milton the project manager, we had a wonderful experience. We needed to use some alternative materials (VapoDry) to prevent future ice dams and they were familiar with it. Cost was reasonable and they did the job in 1 day! We have recommended them to several of our friends who need to re-roof as well. A neighbor we don't know actually stopped by and asked us who did the roof saying it was beautiful and she needed to redo hers. They cleaned our gutters out no extra charge. We had a little communication issue initially with the crew who didn't speak English, but Milton arrived and cleared it all up. He was very responsive and made sure the grounds were completely well cleaned up.

Communication for the project was fantastic. I had a homeowners claim from a tree falling on my house, they dealt with my Insurance company directly with me. The project manager and his team were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. My roof and siding looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Elliot Gang was the sales representative I worked with. He was beyond knowledgeable, he was so helpful with dealing with my insurance carrier. He came out immediately after contacting him for the initial job, explained everything to my husband and I. He gave a reasonable expectation for the timeline of the job that was completed before expected. I couldn’t recommend Elliot and the Rinaldi brothers enough.
